If i can bring happiness to 95% of your customers I am pleased this should be 100% but you always get one ,sad really I supply all my own equipment / scaffolding /Mixers /Tile cutting machines/Damp injection Machine/even my own power supply on board

Damp on interior lounge wall - unknown reason Damp Proofing
Chris is one of most reliable and trustworthy people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is an expert in his field. He takes pride in his work and has come back twice to reassure me that everything is going as it should be. My property is old and has had a rising damp issue on an interior wall. It has been treated and, although it is taking its time, it is drying out - with the help of a dehumidifier which Chris provided.
I highly recommend Chris and will be having him back next summer to carry out further jobs that need doing. He is an absolute gem.nicola10794 - 14th Sep, 2023 Positive review

Damp in living room diagnosis and fix Damp Proofing
Chris seemed very knowledgable and keen to help us at quotation stage, and provided a quote to cure the damp in our living room including interior/exterior injections, installation of air bricks and (crucially) cutting out of concrete around the house for water channels, as water is collecting in certain areas without drainage. We were also given what seems his standard trick of a £200 retainer, which we keep until the issue is ultimately resolved in full, with repeat visits included. We went ahead and paid an initial £800, and the exterior injections and air bricks were completed, at which point Chris advised that should sort the issue. After a period of time it was clear this had had no effect, and so Chris returned and injected half of the interior walls, leaving the holes unfilled in case more work was needed. We paid the next instalment of £600 following this. Again no change, so we have been chasing Chris to return and complete the water channels around the house (as per above, this was included in the quotation, which he assures us is his contract). Since then our attempts to contact him have been ignored, and it is clear he does not intend to complete the work we have paid for, leaving us nearly a year down the line with the issue worse than it has ever been and down £1400 which puts us in financial difficulty and with no means to resolve the damp problem. Perhaps if the work we paid for is completed we will reconsider our review, but it’s clear our money is gone.

Damp is a problem in its self there was damp in the chimney I was informed the chimney had been blocked off previously on further inspection we found the concrete plinth where the bins are about 3 mtr square was above the Damp Course flowing to the corner running into the drain recommended to be broke up,the property needs a lot more work more than I quoted for and was discussed
