    Nathan did not show up on the day agreed, he texted on the day to say that he was on another job and wanted to move it by a week to the next Saturday.
    He also did not show up on the next Saturday agreed, it’s been a couple of days and I habd heard nothing back from him.
    I texted a number of times and he did not reply.
    Quite disappointed as I had a strict timeline to get the gardening done.

    Came round on time as promised. Gave me various options and price ranges in what needed doing for a short term fix and then for a bigger more permanent solution. Polite , friendly and professional. I will be hiring them for the job !

    The Builder agreed to come on the same day as the job was requested after completing his previous job.
    The drain cover support was fully rebuilt and made completely secure and safe to our complete satisfaction on the same day the job was requested, at a very competitive and reasonable price. This was very important as this was a safety issue.
    The Builder stayed late to ensure that the drain lid was secure and safe.

    These guys are very fast and efficient and do like they say they will, pricing was very reasonable on the 1st job, lets just hope they can stay competitive as I can offer them lots of work going forward.

    Lovely lads who did a good job of my front paving and turfing. Very accommodating and fixed any snags right away without any fuss. Nothing was ever a hassle.

    Nathan came out to give me a quote. I contacted him to say I was happy for him to go ahead with the job. He gave me a date to start and the day before I contacted him to confirm he would arrive. He said no he was held up on other jobs and gave me a new date to start. I contacted him to ask if he was OK to go ahead and he said no he was on holiday and I should find someone else to do the job. He did not contact me to let me know he was not carrying out the work. Very very dissapionted.😣😣

  • Landscaper wanted

    Not happy with the outcome of our garden. Firstly we were not given a contract, plans were continously changed and the finish was shocking. Edging stones were not set properly one was chipped. the gap between myself and my neighbour was not edged meaning all our stones slid down onto his fence and broke it. The groundsheet under our stones is missing in bits and within a week weeds were coming through. There was not enough chips put down and now there are gaps in the chips. The finish on our steps is ridiculous and a complete eye sore. We were told we would not pay until we were happy with the job but nathan asked for payment before it was even finished. Nathan did offer to come back to look at the issues but due to all the above issues we lost faith in his work and would rather pay someone else to fix it. Definitely not worth the Β£3400 we paid.

    When I outlined what I wanted, Nathan explained the 'do's and don'ts' and what would be a realistic outcome. I'm greatful he did! Nathan and his team turned up on the Monday morning and absolutely grafted!!! I knew it was going to be a difficult job but to his and his teams credit, they made it look easy. They easily shifted 6 or 7 tonnes of earth, made the area nice and flat, then laid about 8 pallets of block. At every step of the process, Nathan kept me up to date with what he was doing and why. At the end of the job he made sure I was happy before he left but told me, should anything happen, call him and he'll be straight back out to fix it. To his credit, he popped by just to make sure everything was still good.

    Would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is needing work done. An absolute credit to his trade!!!

  • Fix monoblocking and fencing

    Overall I am happy with my monoblocking. I originally wanted the monoblocking fixed and evened out however after discussions with many landscapers I realised my full drive way needed lifted and put back down. Nathan said when he priced the job that when he finished the job it would look like a brand new driveway and it did. Nathan and his colleagues also hand cleaned every single brick from my driveway before putting it back down. He also put down stones on the drive and round the back free of charge, he suggested to put it there because he knew it would look nice and it turned out stunning.
    I initially wasn't satisfied with the fence therefore Nathan and Alan returned and fixed it as best they could while being mindful not to make a mess of my neighbours garden, there was still some bits of wood that needed fixed however this is easily done myself.

    Brilliant job. My mother in law is very pleased with her garden. Neat and tidy work. Price reasonable and they are reliable. Turn up as planned and kept us informed along the way. Garden was finished in less than 2 full days.
    Would strongly recommend them.

  • Level out existing paving in back garden

    We used these guys for removal and replacing slabs and we are happy with the results. Nathan worked very hard on the job and we would consider using them again if we need further work done. 😁

  • Garden makeover

    This was a very big garden makeover job and the end result is great! Very hard working guys and seems like a top quality job. My only negative was:

    Unrealistic timeframe for when job will be finished and guaranteeing parts of job would be done on a particular day and they weren't. Also they left rubbish in a neighbour's garden and in front of 2 other neighbours. We had to call them back on 2 separate occasions to take it all away.

    Another big positive was that we had a difficult neighbour to deal with and access was controlled by her, and Nathan dealt with her well and even fixed her gate because she claimed he broke it, but we're sure he didn't. But he just fixed it to keep the peace and keep the job going.

    Nathan and Joe were very personable people and great people to deal with, and it definitely made the job easier on us.

    To reiterate, the job on the whole was superb. I would recommend these guys as the final result looks awesome and they had great eye and made good suggestions based on their own experience, ensuring the garden looked stylish!
