Started Bricklaying when I was 17,covererd all aspects of construction,eg. extensions,patios,driveways,through lounges,etc. I retrained for City and Guilds plumbing,and then Advanced Plumbing followed by Gas certification.I have also completed my Part P 17th edition electrical certification.Able to do all aspects of work competently.Friendly approach to customers,understanding and always able to resolve situations. Plenty of satisfied customers over the years.Public liability insured

Have run my own construction firm for over 10 years.Gas certified 10 years ago .Able to work on Gas and Construction competently.Certified in cookers, boilers,fires,water heaters,etc.City and Guilds trained over the years. 17th edition Part P electrically certified.I also hold a CPC License ( CERTIFICATE OF PROVEN COMPETENCE ) in Road Haulage which is irrelevant to my work now.
Gas safe Registered/Corgi, City and Guilds Plumbing levels 1, 2 and Advanced plumbing level 3 and Heating.City and Guilds Bricklaying,Water Regs Certified,Energy Efficient Certified ,Unvented Cylinder Certified, Carbon Monoxide Testing Certified..Landlords Certificates,Boilers,Cookers,Fires servicing and breakdowns/ Installations.All Construction Work,Fencing,Patios, Driveways, Brickwork,Bathroom and Kitchen Installation,Electrics,. Part P electrically certified.CPC ( certificate in road haulage certified ). This license allows me to run Road haulage vehicles for hire and reward over 3.5 tonnes. A lifetime license which allows me to run, check maintenance and service records/ tachographs for any Road Haulage company in Britain who need my services.
