From surveying the room through to finishing off and handover of the job, Ciprian was professional, efficient and on the ball. His pricing was competitive. He came to the survey with his electrician and they were prepared to discuss my needs with me and problem solved issues with me present. I fell ill at the start of the project and Ciprian kept me informed with video calls as well as daily updates with photographs. The bathroom looks amazing, his team cleared up after themselves despite the generation of dust inevitable in such a project.
