    Pimlico provided a professional and reasonable quote and I was reassured by the knowledge demonstrated coupled with a real desire to ensure I understood the issue and resolution being offered.
    When on site Charles and Adam were courteous and considerate and turned up when expected. Being a female alone at the premises I felt safe and in no way intimidated which can be an issue with some tradesmen.

    The work was completed to a high standard and the guarantee provided on this was welcome. I have since asked Charles to quote for more work which I expect to award to Pimlico based on my previous good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Charles and his team.
