About Carver Property Services

We are a small building company based in Gaddesby, Leicestershire (just outside of Melton Mowbray) offering a complete building service from design to completion specialising in home extensions and alterations. Once a project is started it is our soul priority to complete the job within the agreed timescale and to a high standard. We work regularly with the building control certification company JHAI LTD and local council building control so you can rest assured all work is completed up to a High standard and a building control certificate will be issued when necessary.

NICEIC Approved electrical installations.
Tracked excavator operators license up to 13t
Asbestos awareness

I hold a complete trade insurance policy covering accidents loss and theft but also “all risk cover” which covers my clients property during any building work.
