    James came to look at the work required.Advised we needed a structural engineers report and apply for building control.
    Both of these were applied for James and his team attended on time and carried out the work required. He kept us updated each day and always arrived on time, cleaned up at the end of day and the work was carried out within a week. Would recommend him and his lads for a good job, completed on time at a reasonable rate all carried out to comply with the regulations.
