Specialised in residential projects, Build Archi Architects currently serves the World Heritage City of Bath, Bath and North East Somerset, West Wiltshire and parts of South Gloucestershire and Somerset.

Our track record of architectural services extends to involvement in projects with construction costs from £25K to @£350K.

Built Work:

To date we have built residential work (including house alterations, extensions/conversions, interiors and landscaping) completed in Bath and North East Somerset and West Wiltshire.

Consents obtained:
We have successfully acquired planning permission, and building regulations approval (and listed building consent where necessary), while acting as agent for residential projects in Bath and North East Somerset, Wiltshire and Somerset.

Recent work:
-building regulations consultancy
-landscaping improvements, bathroom-showerroom replacement and other alterations, including open plan kitchen-dining-living, built-in furniture and other home improvement works in period cottage in Bath and North East Somerset.

-architectural appointment for rear side dining extension, to achieve open plan kitchen/dining space and other alterations, including GF WC in Victorian property in the City of Bath Conservation Area. Planning Consent obtained.

-architectural appointment for extension, alterations to previously converted stone built barn (cowshed), static stable replacement and new field access in Mendip. Planning Consent obtained.

-architectural and principal designer appointment for the renovation and upgrade, including the extension of habitable area of a 3-bed period property to form a managed holiday let in Wiltshire. Planning Consent and Full Plans Building Regulations Consent obtained.

- architectural design involvement during the pre-planning and planning phase for a 4-5 bedroom portal frame shed-to-house conversion scheme and ancillary outbuilding in Powys for a self-builder. Planning application submitted.
