    Good value and trustworthy. Some slight problems of timing. Nice guy and knowledgeable. The fire doors have not been inspected by the local borough council yet, but I am confident they will pass without difficulty.

    Jay and his crew did an adequate job, he had several delays, with completing the work in the scheduled timeframe. However, he compensated me by doing extra work without additional charge. Therefore I am satisfied overall.

    Jay was quick to respond to my initial job posting and provided clear costs for the works before starting.

    Rueben arrived on time and spent all day installing the doors, handles and hanging a large, heavy shelf for us. He barely stopped and kept working throughout the day and finished around 7pm. He was polite and a genuinely nice guy who cleaned up after himself.

    The original job that we asked Jay for turned out to be far bigger than we anticipated due purely to the age of the property however due to their expertise this was picked up at the quote stage. A full explanation was given and various options discussed before agreeing on a plan.
    Communication throughout has been outstanding. Time keeping and work ethic of both Jay and Dan is unquestionable and we ended up having our kitchen done as a separate job to complete the renovation and we are delighted with the end result!
    I would highly recommend Jay and his team and will be adding him to my list of tradesmen for any future building/renovation needs!
