I have been self employed in the building industry for 35 years. I have extensive experience of all trades building practices and regulations, having dealt with architects building surveyors and English heritage on many projects. The majority of work I have done has been refurbishing properties in London. As a result I am extremely competent in all building trades and have all the skills and tools to carry out these different jobs.
