  • 35m2 Rear Single Storey Extension w/Internal Alteration

    Broad Construction did an excellent job from start to completion. They were very punctual, helpful and conscientious. They were also very responsive to any queries or issues that undoubtedly arose during the project. They built up my trust which meant I didn't need to be on site, they were more than capable to get the job done to a very high standard.

    I would highly recommend them to anyone. We are looking to use them again for our next project.

  • Kitchen/Diner extension

    Excellent job done to agreed budget on time with a tight schedule. Nyall and Gwyn supported admirably by his team and trades were considerate throughout; appreciative of what it means to work in our home while occupied, clean in their workmanship and thoroughly trustworthy. This was a sizeable scheme and as such will have surprises - which were managed very well. Communication was very good, Nyall and Gwyn were easy to contact and responsive, you couldn't ask for any more.
    The quality of the work and materials are first class.
    We now have a knock through kitchen/diner/lounge extension (8m x 3.5m) with bi-folding doors, french doors and 3m roof lantern. We use the area all the time, after just 2 months it is as if it had always been there. The external works are a high standard of slate tile patio and path expertly laid. West facing, can't wait till summer instead of dreading the heat with the old conservatory.
    I would and have already recommended Broad Construction without hesitation and would go back to them again before anyone else.

  • TWO STOREY FRONT EXTENSION WITH GARAGE

    Nyall and Gwyn provided an excellent service. From the beginning they were attentive and interested in what I wanted to achieve. They were flexible and positive at all times, offering advice and solutions. Communication was efficient and fast. We had never used a building company before so were very happy with the service provided.

  • Flat Renovation

    We bought a 2 bedroom flat that hadn't been touched for 33 years and needed new central heating, electrics, kitchen, bathroom and total refurbishment including some internal walls being removed.
    From initial quote to finished project Nyall and his team were excellent. we only had time to visit the site twice during the renovations but Nyall was responsive on E Mail, text and phone and even put pictures of the progress for us online.
    When we came down for the final handover we were very pleasantly surprised as his team had cleaned the flat and unpacked all the boxes of kitchenware etc we'd brought down, they even assembled the flat pack kitchen chairs and table and finished off assembling the beds for us. All topped off with a nice bottle of bubbly and a card.
    Amazing service, if I had another flat I'd use them again. Thoroughly recommended!

    Nyall and Glynn arrived on time, bought the materials and got the job done in the day. Only a small job but I can imagine they will be fine on larger projects too, if price ok, and I would be happy to ask them quote for future projects.
