    Mitch did an EICR for us. He was very polite and offered a convenient
    for our availability appointment at a reasonable price. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and up-to date with the regulations and explained to us his findings. Unfortunately the initial outcome of the assessment of our electrical installation was unsatisfactory. Luckily for us, however, Mitch had all the parts in his van, and also time to carry out the remedial work at the time so we did not need to wait and book other appointments. Although, we had to pay significantly more than we anticipated, the work was completed on the same day. We would only suggest that clients should be warned in advance that the payment is expected to be made on the spot.

    Quoted us 1.5 days work and only spent a few hours. Did not do proper testing after the work, had at least two issues which we had to call him back for. Charged a call out fee and then for additional work without getting sign off first on the estimate.

    Paid him for EICR and PAT testing, but only sent EICR report over. He told me the receipt which can confirm he has done PAT test, NO report provided, ridiculius. I have the PAT report every year for my rental property.

    Also, he only took 40mins to do all the testing then told me I need to change the fuse box. However, I have posted the job on mybuilder to find other electricians, the new hired electrician company, who came with two men, checked the fuse box again and they said it is fine, don't need to change the whole box, then they have done the works and took one & half hour to check everything again to provide a new EICR report to me.

    Some time the cheap option is not a best option, so I think you sould read my feedback before hiring this guy.

    Mitchell Hinks of Bright spark electrical Ltd was contracted to Install Electric Cooker, Oven, Hob & Cooker Hood into a property without one. The moment he was shortlisted, he offered to meet me and the property on the same day to see what needs to be done and offer his price for executing the work the following day. Mitchell went ahead to complete the installation on time the following day. He sent me the pictures to show that the installation of the electric cooker and hood had been completed excellently with good quality. I will surely use Mitchell Hinks again for other electrical works.

    Problems with power going off in bungalow we have recently moved in to. Contacted Mitchell and made an appt. He turned up on time and after testing, the problem was with the consumer unit and as it was very old it needed replacing. He gave me quote which I accepted. Made an appt for two days later when he came along and fitted a new consumer unit and also modded a couple of other things to bring up to latest spec. Mitchell did a great job, was professional, tidy and kept his appts. Recommended.
