Fully time served plasterer with over 30 yrs in the building industry. Lime plaster specialist, reliable, honest, hard working.
About Kendal Renderings
I started my plastering apprentiship from leaving school in 1975 with 'Telling Midlands LTD', From 1980 I then worked for various builders in North Wales (Red Row, Mowlem and Tarmac) as a plastering 'sub contractor'.
I was then employed with various firms local to Colwyn Bay as a general builder and ground worker.
From 2005 I worked as a plasterer for 'Frank Satterthwait Brough LTD', until 2007, then I went self employed.
My skills include plastering, (solid) time served with 'City & Guilds accreditation', including rendering, floor screeding, coving and niche application.
Because of my experience within the industry, tiling, brick laying and ground work, including footings and drainage, and guttering are within my skill sets.
I have had extensive experience with stone cladding and pointing.
I specialize in using traditional materials like slaked and powdered lime with horse or goat hair required for listed properties.
To add to my 'City & Guilds' I have recently gained a plastering NVQ level 2 through a government incentive, and obtained a CSCS card through the same scheme.
