About barwoods

after having served my apprentiship, I have been in construction all my life. Some noteable buildings that I was part of include the Royal bank of Wales in Builth Wells showground, the TY KEIR HARDY building in Merthyr (which won an award for its brickwork) and also several stone walls in Blaenavon which are seen regular on (The coal house). I would say my main job is building houses, extentions etc but I do love rebuilding stone walls restoration etc

City and Guilds also NVQ level 2 I am a qualified bricklayer and have been in the trade for 25yrs mainly new build, but have also been involved in various projects with stonework. I was also a lecturer at the Royal College forest of Dean, I now work as part of a team with my son who ws taught by me.
