    Kevin was more than happy to answer all our questions and guide us through as he created the building control drawings for our self build house. We are building using ICF which is a more modern method of construction and Kevin researched everything, liaising with suppliers. He is a really nice guy and done a fantastic job, we would definitely recommend.

  • 4 to 6 Bed HMO Loft and side return extension, Exeter

    Kevin was great. The job involved the production of full BC drawings for a loft and side return extension. There were a lot of design constraints as the property is a student HMO, meaning it must also comply with the HMO licencing requirements, Kevin produced the drawings which were approved by both building control and Exeter city council HMO licencing. This was all done to my budget and timescale. Kevin also works with a great structural engineer, so there's no need to source one seperately. I look forward to working with him again on more HMO projects.

He was also honest with his ideas and costing. He saw opportunities straight away on how to make our plans look so much better! Also, as someone who has no experience with this I was so comfortable asking all my questions, which Kevin would always answer in great detail! Can’t recommend enough! You’re in great hands!
