About B Lloyd Property Developments Ltd

I finished working for a local company and decided after many years of thought to set my own business up , due to me having previous experience in property developments. I have 30 years experience in this sector which i put to use in setting up my first business. I started my business off by developing two properties for a family member which resulted in a successful restoration , i have also over my 8 years running the business developed many contacts within letting agencies doing general maintenance. I then began to work with a local property developer who sourced properties for investors to redevelop for the letting sector , i would carry out restoration of the properties which involved kitchen installation , bathrooms , all joinery and plumbing/tiling. Over the period of working with this developer i have developed other trade skills which include:

Facer and guttering installation
pvc installation
roofing
fencing
turfing
flagging
block paving
interior and exterior painting/decorating
wallpapering
radiator covers
boiler cabinets
wardrobes

Currently i have been working on several kitchen installations
and built a mock tudor porch. My connection with large local companies have allowed me to work on larger projects of this kind and will allow to do so in future as well. I usually focus on areas in North Wales , Liverpool , the wirral , chester , manchester. My work has been shown on the popular TV program homes under the hammer in which all joinery was carried out by my company. All my work is to a high standard with customer expectations every time.
