Due to our family growing , we were looking at converting the loft. The initial quotes we received from others were sky high and unaffordable.However Zurab produced a detailed plan that was a fraction by comparison, he listened and understood our requirements.

He arrived every morning on the dot and within less than a week the work was completed.Everything was done "above board" and the materials purchasing process was transparent.

What we especially appreciated was the attention to detail this was a budget project and I had expected it to be a little rough around the edges (which would have been fair enough).Not at all ! Zurab took the time to go the extra mile fitting an an architrave around the loft hatch and sealing the gaps and in the boards and plaster work.He even offered to cut down the left over wood so it would make disposal easier at no extra charge. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is skilled and experienced at all aspects of the trade,

From start to finish, Zurab was professional, courteous, and great to work with. I needed some very creaky flooring repaired before new carpet was fitted. I contacted Zurab on Thursday, he visited the same day, and completed the work on Sunday. The result was far better than I had hoped for (almost silent!). I would highly recommend Zurab.

Zurab was quick to come and scope out the work required (renew staircase), we agreed a price and he started the work shortly after. He was a man of his word and did the agreed work at the agreed price and I would be happy to use him again.

Zurab did a good job of repairing the creaks as much as possible on my staircase (30 treads). There was a big improvement overall while the creaking was not completely eliminated on a couple of treads. He also patched a broken chipboard on the landing and was able to give helpful advice on what to tell the carpet fitters when they came as part of my refurb.

Zurab renovated our staircase applying new oak cladding. He was helpful in explaining the available options before starting, guiding us to buy the correct materials for the job. The work was done in just a day to a very good standard. Clear communication throughout, definitely will be contacting again for our future needs.

Zurab renovated our Victorian staircase banisters- re-gluing all the loose spindles and adding a few larger spindles on the corners to make the whole thing more stable.
The work was done quickly, the price was much better than other quotes and I am happy with the result which looks good and has left the banister stable and safe.

Zurab did and excellent Job fixings my damaged stairs and landing. The landing was a tricky one that we had many ppl take a look at but most didn’t have a clue how to fix. Zurab fixed it all in a day and it looks better than I imagined!

My mother and I asked Zurab to repair our staircases (we live in a three story house) as the banisters were loose. We’re both disabled and have to hang on to the banisters in order to ascend or descend the stairs. He came as arranged us a quote and said both the staircases needed attention. He quoted a very reasonable £200 for the job which also included replacing the latch on one of our doors. He came with a colleague as arranged, at a time convenient for us. They both completed the work efficiently and with minimum disturbance to us in less than three hours. The staircases are better than they have ever been and the bill was exactly £200. We could not have asked for a better outcome; we are DELIGHTED with the work. We HIGHLY recommend Zurab.

We needed an existing staircase modified to include bannisters and spindles, and the existing newel post extended. We also needed this done within 2 days of the ad being placed as a stairlift was being installed.

I requested hanging of five new fire doors. This was done very well and included fire strips as well, adjustments to door stops and fitting handles and locks. They also fitted a banister to the hallway into loft area, which had to be done in a very careful way. I was very pleased with the result and the cost was reasonable. I had broken and loose chipboard floorboards that needed repair/replacement. Zurab attended, offered good advice and discussed the possible options so that I could decide.
