Here at AWBUILDERS we are able to give the customer the full package from arranging architect's drawing to been signed off at the end of the work. We have all aspects of the building trade we have in house architects, structural engineers, private building inspectors. We then have all trades that are needed to give the high standard of work us as a company and you as a customer are looking for. We are able to do any works that is asked of us.

About AWBuilders

We do all things building works. We pride ourselves on giving high standards of work. We can give the full package from start to finish. We have our own architect, structural team, steel works and private building inspectors. We do traditional builds and modern builds. We want to be pushed by customers to give something different so that we can broaden our skills further. We do all types of groundwork that is needed from standard strip footings to rafts and pile. We have everything thing that's is needed to fulfil your desires. Any questions answered by fully qualified trades. Work carried out to the highest of standards

Qualifications

Nvq level 1,2,+3 trowel occupation
Cscs (health and saftey)
We have all trades that work with me when needed and they are all highly qualified in there own trades and work to my high standards.
We have an architect that does all the drawing needs for any size job.
We have a structural engineer that does all our work.
We use private building inspectors but we can work alongside any inspectors used on jobs as all our work complies with regulations.
We can do ultra modern or traditional builds we thrive of the challenge of something we may have not done before

  • Single storey extension

    Didnt have the extension in the end due to funds but instead Adam has completely revamped the outside of the house with full repointing, facias, gutters and all new windows and doors. He also fixed a number of interior damp issues caused by the windows and doors previously fitted and sorted interior surrounds. Something that has bugged me for years

    We had a few waits due to weather and part delays but these things happen.

    The work done is to a very high standard and we are very happy with whats been done and all workers were friendly and professional

    Would definitely recommend and would definitely consider for any future jobs

  • Internal Building Work - Open Plan Kitchen/Diner

    Adam and his team did a brilliant job of turning two rooms into one. We now have a large open plan kitchen/diner and the work completed has been done to a very high standard.

    We’re chuffed with the work Adam has done for us so far and we’ll definitely be using him again. We’d have no hesitation in recommending him.
