J Q plumbing and bathrooms

Unfortunately I’m unable to leave positive feedback as the job is still not completed almost 6 months !! after starting and I’ve been unable to get through to Ste for weeks. Bathroom needs a couple of bits doing which includes re-sealing and has been leaking into floor below - I’ve been told several times to expect Ste to come and fix it however he’s not turned up with no communication and not answering the multiple calls & texts. Really unhappy with how things turned out as started okay, but to not finish the job despite there being a gap causing a leak and to re-do panel we both agreed did not look good is unacceptable. I’m not able to recommend Ste which is a shame as he was helpful initially but has left the job in a bad way and with little respect to my time (e.g telling me he’ll be around on multiple days so I’m stuck waiting in the house for him not to turn up with no call or explanation). He has not told me he won’t do it or offered a refund for the work that needs to be done effectively leaving me in a limbo and with the only shower/bath in my home not usable which has been an absolute nightmare. Disappointing that once he has been paid (promptly as soon as he asked) he has left me in the lurch this way.
