About Smiths Property Services
I have worked in a family run business for the last 12 years specialising in Carpentry but also carrying out many other aspects of building work. 12 months ago i left the family business to become self employed. I have carried out contracts with large companies to do work such as regularly maintain offices and shops, refurbishing of houses. I have also carried out work on Grade 1 and 2 listed buildings including churches.
I have worked on both commercial and private properties to a high standard. I would be happy to provide references as customers have been extremely pleased with the work. My customers have helped me gain work over the past 12 months by referring me to friends, family members and other businesses.
NVQ Level 2 in carpentry and joinery Carpentry, 1st and 2nd fix, working with all types of materials, kitchen fitting including custom designed, repairs and replacements. Any type of carpentry work undertaken.
We can also provide plastering. electrical work. plumbing work and drain solutions, Emergency call outs, windows and soffit and fascia.
I also so have contacts for heritage painting and decorating ie for churchs or listed building's where paint needs to be breathable.
