DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY MONEY. Arthur gave us a quote for doing a garden project which we accepted and since the start the material cost rocketed as he didn't measure correctly and came up with excuse after excuse why. He has now disappeared after taking around £7000 from us and leaving it less than half finished. We have since had professional advise and have found out that the whole patio has to be taken up and started again as it has been built much higher than it should have been and water is now entering through the air brick. He has also ruined a £3000 Dunster house gazebo. It will now cost us over £2000 to get us back to square one and thousands more to correct the work and start the whole thing again. Most of the £6000 we have spent on materials is wasted. GUTTED isn't the word. I wish I could post the pictures on here. DISASTER.

Arthur worked tirelessly in all weathers on this project in our garden, which brought its challenges with the slope and the steps. He was very conscientious and hard working and he was often coming up with ideas and also looking for ways to keep costs down. Arthur was always in communication with us, which was great. A really good job done and wouldn't hesitate to have him back for future projects. A really nice approachable guy.

Arthur laid a patio for us and carried out related landscaping works.Throughout the work has was very professional and came up with creative suggestions in terms of the design. He worked hard and was very honest saving us money where he could.We would recommend him .Very satisfied

Arthur was very good, he actively took part in the design of the garden and suggested other options during the job. It’s obvious that he loves his job and he is very enthusiastic. He tidied up as far as possible at the end of each working day, and the job was completed on time and almost to budget (we agreed on a couple of minor changes during the job which slightly increased labour and material cost).

Arthur and his team were superb from start to finish. Good advice on the design and recommended materials for our patio garden at a very competitive price. Care and attention to detail, meticulously reliable and keeping us informed every step of the way. It would be very difficult to fault anything. Thanks Arthur

We hired Arthur to lay a patio and build a set of steps up onto our lawn area. We found his passion for what he does was obvious right from the beginning when he first came to give us a quote. He spent time talking through our options and even phoned us after with alternative solutions to problems. He was the only tradesman who came and quoted that thoroughly looked at the air bricks on our house and offered a viable solution with regards to patio height. Throughout the work Arthur communicated with us so we always knew what was happening and could make decisions as he went along. He was always polite and tidy in his work and was great with my little boy who spent a lot of time watching through the window. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Arthur again. Our patio and steps look fantastic!

We moved into our new house in summer 2016. The only thing that was wrong was the garden which required a complete overhaul. We had x3 people come around and the only one who had the understanding and vision to what we required was Arthurs Landscaping. We found Arthur to be friendly, upfront, punctual, reliable, honest creative and a good communicator to us and our needs. Arthur worked extremely hard through differcult conditions (the winter) and because we had no side access Arthur had to bring everything he needed through the house and likewise for everything we had to get rid off always being careful and always cleaning up after him. Arthurs work, knowledge and craftsmanship is of a very high standard and when halfway (because of the quality of work he had already done) we decided we wanted the lawn replacing (with cotswold stones) Arthur was able to rise to the challenge with ease. Our rear garden now looks stunning. We are over the moon with how it looks and cannot wait for summer to enjoy it. We cannot thank Arthurs Landscaping enough. Our vision for our dream garden is now complete and is even better than we had hoped for because of Arthur (and Ricky) and their hard work and quality craftsmanship. We highly recommend !!

Friendly and reliable service. Arthur listened to our needs and worked with us to complete a fantastic job, he worked hard to keep costs down and the end result is perfect. Great communication and completed the job on budget within the timescale, he dedicated his time to us only taking on one job at a time. Would thoroughly recommend him

I have used Arthur a few times now for fencing jobs and he laid my lawn/turf. Brilliant guy, really honest and genuine. He didn't over charge and where possible he tried to save me money. As a female you worry that you will get ripped off but I totally trust Arthur and recommend him fully.
