Arlec Property Services Ltd has over 25 years building experience in the Building/property industry. We carry out works from full refurbishments to small maintenance jobs. No job too big or small. Arlec property services Ltd has done full refurbishments for landlords/Investors.
We have done many extensions - single and double storey including wrap rounds.
We do smaller works for clients who want just the odd job doing - No job too big or small.
Arlec property services is DPC qualified and Constructionline approved.

Qualifications

I am a qualified electrician 17th edition approved.
CSCS card holder.
General all round builder.
Qualified DPC installer.
Constructionline approved.
All other trades people who work for Arlec Property Services Ltd are all time served tradesman and construct quality work at an affordable price. Arlec Property Services Ltd has many trades people who cover all aspects of the building/Property industry.
We have a gas safe plumber and an Niceic electrician.
