About Arev construction ltd
Our building company is a son and father business with myself (son) having over 25 years experience in the building trade from building new homes to new industrial units and home improvements. I started as a bricklayer from the age of 14 years old but also learnt so may other trades to a high standard, joinery, plastering, roofing, tiling, all aspects of groundworks etc.
My father has over 50 years experience in the trade and owned his own very large building company where he built over 1000 new properties and restoration projects so his experience is very high and very knowledgeable in the building trade, my father is always a very hands on sort of person, you would only find him on site working with all the other tradesman.
Most recent contracts from the last few years are.
Lincoln Marina where we built there new offices and shop.
Restoration of an old bakery which we turned into 5 bedroom house in Gainsborough.
Various extensions to properties thought out Lincolnshire and refit new bathrooms and roofing contracts
We have an on going contract with a engineering manufacturing company in lincoln which we've had for the last six years, the projects for this company vary from £1000 to £35000 projects.
Unfortunately I was never a classroom sort of person when I was younger and all I was interested in, was being outside and helping my father( should I say getting in my fathers way) all my life I've been brought up around the building trade.
I did go to college for bricklaying and joinery but unfortunately I only did 13 months due to having a serious motorcycle accident in which I couldn't work for 1 year.
So I'm a time served tradesman.
My father is also a time served tradesman his apprenticeship in the late 50's was with Wimpy construction, and simon's construction.
