  • Ground floor kitchen extension

Mark has proved to be an excellent choice for the design and build of our kitchen extension project. The project is not yet complete but has so far progressed without a single hitch. Mark has always proved to be very professional, punctual, and his ideas and input has been very creative and worthwhile, with drawings completed promptly and accurately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody planning a building project.

  • Plans drawing for 2 story extension in the green belt

Good job, couple of minor issues during process but good end result

  • Positive Client Reference taken by MyBuilder

Mark was brought in to design, consult and guide on a domestic interior and exterior change that included interior structural changes and a large scale glazing aspect to the rear of the property. The initial concept stage was well presented and tweaked until it met our needs. Mark was open to changes and discussed the pro’s and con’s until we could make an informed final decision on the design. Mark subsequently guided us though gaining the structural calculations required as well as advising on the legal notification and permissions required. Once the designs and calculations were finalised Mark produced a tender pack that could be submitted to contractors, he also recommended and contacted a number of contractors directly. During the works Mark was on hand to assist with any queries and ensure that the work was as per the design and to the standard required. During the works when a significant problem did occur Mark was immediately available on the phone to solve the problem and allow the work to continue without incurring any delays. I have never used an architect before but would definitely use Mark again. Having someone with his vision, experience, and ability ultimately resulted in an home improvement that far exceeded our expectations.
