  • Removal of internal non load bear walls and other items

    Ubaid completed work overall within budget and time. Any issues were discussed. He sent regular updates and photos and was calm and customer orientated. There were a few loose ends which seemed to drag on a bit and a few finishes/ issues which were not as good as I would have liked. Ubaid sought to rectify these. He recognised when things were not done as well as possible and reflected this in the final bill. Overall I found Ubaid to be pleasant and helpful. I would consider him again to quote for work.

  • Remove a load bearing wall, block up doorway.

    Ubaid, Saad and the whole team were absolutely fantastic. I initially hired them to knock through a couple walls, but they ended up doing a huge amount of work on my house (fitting bathroom, re-plastering, installing double doors...) all of it to a high standard, and all for a very fair price. They are honest and hard working and I'm really pleased that I found them to do the work!

    I will certainly be using them again in the future, and if anyone wants to come around to the house to see the work then I'm happy to show you the great job they did!
