Dean Webster company owner & Surveyor is fully Certified with both CSRT & CSSW ensuring you receive the BEST specialist advice. We charge a survey fee of £95 plus VAT for Dean to attend and carry out a survey give advice, a solution and an estimate if required.

Dean Webster is the company director and fully qualified CSRT - Remedial Treatments surveyor & CSSW - Structural Waterproofing surveyor. He carries out property and site inspections and is the point of contact throughout all works. Dean has worked within the industry for over 30 years as a family run business we are able to offer a seamless service to the customer. Dean is hugely knowledgeable and qualified for dealing with any timber decay, infestation issues along with extensive knowledge in damp proofing and waterproofing of buildings and underground rooms.
Dean is a qualified CSRT and CSSW surveyor which are the relevant industry qualifications required to carry out surveys and specification of treatments for damp and timber remedial or structural waterproofing works.
Accredited by Which?, Kent County Council Trading Standards approved, Trustmark members and holding CHAS and Constructionline demonstrate the companies focus on quality and doing things right.
