About Andrew Phillips

We are a family partnership consisting of myself Andrew Phillips and brother in law Shaun Bradley, with a combined experience in the building trade of over 35 years undertaking many aspects of carpentry and joinery along with many types of brickwork projects included.

On the carpentry side I started from an apprentice and worked up to foreman and site manager status on many building sites on new builds and refurbishments projects for over 25 years.

Covering all aspects of carpentry from 1st and 2nd fixing for residential and commercial properties, from existing buildings to new builds. I also have experience as in my earlier times, of a bench and workshop joiner of timber windows, doors and conservatories, rising too as a foreman.

I have experience in the fitting of kitchen surfaces and their cupboards etc, the tiling of wall and floors. Small plumbing jobs, painting and decorating, laying laminate and solid flooring.

The fitting of plastic products to the building as required ie cladding, soffit and fascias, guttering etc.

The undertaking of landscaping projects, fencing and decking of all sizes, and conservatories. Roof tiling, slate and shingles.
Can work to drawings.

My partner, (a family member) has 10 years of bricklaying experience from new builds to repairs. Covering all types of brickwork along with concreting, screeding, patios and garden walls. Can set out and work to drawings.

With the years experience gained on all types of projects and builds, friendship of other tradesmen and their trades meant that we can offer and recommend their services to call upon when the need arises.

We can offer a good clean and reliable service and with a high standard of work. A friendly and cheerful manner, free estimates and advice to help you achieve your goal.
