This is the worst builders I’ve ever encountered. I was treated so badly I’d to terminate their contract. Excerpts of the termination letter may tell you more:

“Hello Josh/Damion
On 01/06/2023, i called your number, it was ringing, but you did not answer.
Few seconds later, i used a different number and called you; and instantly you answered.
I complained about the lack of progress on my job and lack of response from you despite the numerous efforts i've been making to reach you. You assured me you will get back later that day (01/06/23) to me with updates including a revised contract.
For the rest of that day 01/06/2023, there was no call. I waited again the following day, 02/06/2023; yet, no call from you. i then send you a text message at about 18:33; still no response.
On 06/06/23; i called you again. It was ringing, but again you did not answer.
This lack of response and lacking in professionalism has been your pattern for the last 3 months. I have written many emails without reply. I've sent many text messages without reply. My work has been abandoned for no good reasons for the last 3 months.
Following three (3) months of poor responses, poor performances, unprofessionalism, lacking trust, poor communications, lack of integrity, lack of accountability, and inability to keep up with contracted job, i hereby terminate your contract. Please:
1) Refund my money.
2) Return my keys.
3) Return appliances you removed from the house”
