About a.l. plastering
We are a small team but have good relations with several good plasterers enabling us to take on larger jobs or complete work quicker if needed. Being well equipped, experienced and knowledgeable with most aspects and systems of plastering including coloured renders, K-rend, damp proofing, external insulation, thin coat systems and floor screeding to name a few.
At our core is quality. I believe in aiming for perfection and if I fall short won't be far from it. We know what is needed for the tradesmen following us, making their job easier and possible for them to provide a quality finish themselves.
We are not the bottom end pricing wise. There is a call for cheap not so good work but we can't bring ourselves to do it and don't want that kind of reputation. We are certainly not expensive but provide good value, an excellent finish at low cost. There is a saying "you can be quick and good but you can't be really quick and good". We strive to meet that balance consistently.
We don't take on more work than we can manage enabling us to be reliable and do whatever we can to meet timescales. We don't cut corners and aim to meet the requirements of the customer. Our view is on the long term and maintaining our reputation. We want our customers to be happy and recommend us or use us again.
On the commercial side we've worked on large scale refurbishment programmes for a number of years providing teams to meet requirements, student accomodation, nursing homes, flats, offices, shops, property developers and a hospital.
On the domestic side we've catered for everything ranging from small repair work inside and out, extensions, barn conversions, new builds(conventional & timber framed), refurbs including detailed work (coins, plinths, cornice in-situ).
