Full flat refurbishment - 1 to 2 bed conversion. Restoration & Refurbishment
Well where do I start! Alex and his team are just outstanding. From day 1, from when Alex came to provide a quote, his professionalism and knowledge about building work and refurbishing was great and so helpful.
Alex and his team carried out a full refurb on a flat which hadn't been touched for 40yrs, and managed to bring it into the 21st century. Any issue or problem, Alex always managed to find a solution.
The quality and the speed of work is outstanding and Alex will be the first person I shall be calling for any future work needed.

3 bed duplex - Refurb in preparation for renting Restoration & Refurbishment
I cannot recommend Alex highly enough. I needed a flat renovated in prep for renting, but needed the builder to project manage the job also as I was not in town to oversee things myself. Alex beat every schedule he gave me, sent regular photo updates of progress, and had the initiative to get on with the job without constantly referring back to me: We were on the same page right from the off.

House refurbishment. Restoration & Refurbishment
Alex is a great guy. He is friendly and always nice to talk to. He is very passionate about his work and gives his 100% towards the project. He is always responsive when you call or WhatsApp him, and will explain you in simple terms that one can understand.
His quote was bit expensive compared to others, and that might be because you are hiring a dedicated project manager in Alex. He has a team of very highly skilled people, and he will make sure that project is completed on time (mostly before time) and to your satisfaction. His guys are thoroughly professional and hard working, they will come early at 7:30ish and will work till late when required.
I will highly recommend Alex for projects any size - small or big. His finish is very professional. He will make sure that it completes on time.
