    Roger came on time & refitted my internal door & new door handle plus cistern doors refitting back. He also put a window blind up & curtain pole for me. He was clean & tidy when drilling & planing off the door & other fittings. He also had to spend time with cistern door as it had warped a bit & was not closing properly. Cannot fault his workmanship at all. Very satisfied with the work.

I also got him to repair a crumbling external door which he has stabilised for me until I can replace it. All jobs done at very fair prices. I would thoroughly recommend Roger, who is a lovely guy.

    very nice and helpful man but he couldnt find the strip of upvc that was required. The job was not completed and I have been able to get my house insurance to do the repair.

    He sorted out a problem with a window that wouldn't close and a door lock that had gone.
    Job was completed in good time, had to come back to fit the permanent lock once it arrives but my house was made secure with a temporary locking mechanism.
    I'd highly recommend using Roger for any of your lock needs. He'll just tell you straight what he thinks the issue is and what it needs, no messing about.

He came on time, worked hard to solve the problem, informed me of the price of new parts, by phone, when he had obtained them and now I have a back door which locks and unlocks perfectly.
