We went with Aidan Property Development off the back of a friend who could not rate them highly enough.

Honestly, and I sincerly mean this, you need not look further for your redevelopment needs. Kevin Maloney has been absolutely fantastic throughout! Explaining each stage of the build and being available for questions even out of 'normal' working hours.

The quality of work is second to non. The materials used are top quality with no change to our original quoted price. The price... we had a number of quotes before going with Aidan Property Development, all of which were significantly higher than Kevin's price. We went with Kevin as on face to face discussion, not only was he by far the best price, but more importantly, it was apparent his vast experience in the redevelopment trade. He explained everything clearly and has been honest and sincere since our first meeting through to completion which we highly value.

His team were all polite, approachable, hardworking and reliable/on time.

We chose Aidan Developments Ltd because we were impressed by the Managing Director Kevin Maloney when he came to discuss our plans, and how his firm could manage the project. We have had a reconfiguration and enlargement of the kitchen (including fitting new units and appliances), a garden room, a utility room, an extra toilet, a storage facility and a porch. This has involved demolishing some parts and rebuilding to a higher standard. We also added a new roof with new gutters and drains.
The work started exactly on the date arranged.
We have appreciated the excellent communication throughout. Kevin has responded positively and without delay to every query, change of plans, additional requests, and unexpected problems. The men working with him have been pleasant and helpful, as well as trustworthy and respectful. The work has been carried out to a high standard, and we are very pleased with the final result.
There have been some issues with the supply of materials which have held up some stages, but we have been kept informed of these issues and the efforts to resolve them. Talking with other people this is a common problem at the moment.
The finished project is even better than we had hoped, and we are excited to be moving back into the lovely new part of our home.
