Adam is an honest highly skilled roofer.He arrived on time,did a full survey and fixed the slipped tile.The survey showed up that the ridge needed removing,cleaning and resetting in mortar and moss removal.He assured us that we don't need a new roof and the repairs are sufficient,not like others that are not honest and push for expensive replacement.He returned to do the work within a week. The work he has done is of the highest standard and we are very pleased with his service from start to finish.

Adam provided very clear information both for the initial quote and subsequent suggested alterations.
The price quoted was more than reasonable but the complete information provided and Adam's friendly personality are what settled the deal for me
His aerial videography made things clear even for a non-specialist like me.
The cherry picker was a huge time and disruption saver (no scaffolding) and the work was completed on time.

Brilliant service, Adam was professional, clean and tidy and kept us informed throughout, he went above and beyond in fixing our storm damaged roof, even identifying and fixing other damage that had not been previously identified. Really pleased with the job thank you Adam.

Adam contacted me straight away and came over very quickly to give me an estimate for the work. I tried other contractors, but got no reply. As the job was urgent Adam said he could do it fairly swiftly and true to his word he got the roof done. With a couple of other workers the roof was replaced in a day. I was very happy with the work and the attitude and respect of all the lads. I will be hiring Adam again to do some work to the front of the house.

Storm damaged roof needed some tile and ridge repair and Adam, an extremely polite and professional individual, did the job well. When his team damaged patio stone flooring by accidentally dropping the ladder, he took full responsibility and eventually fixed it. A pleasure to deal with!

Adam Jones was quick to respond to my post and we quickly agreed a date for the job replacing a ridge tile removed by Storm Eunice. Although the weather was not kind he carried on with the job as agreed, while understandably amending his plan of work for safety reasons due to the bad weather. The work was completed satisfactorily and safely.

Out of the 3 builders recommended Adam Jones was the only builder to contact us back and turn up on both occasions at the agreed times. Adam is a really nice guy as too his co worker. They did what was required and a bit more. Was very understanding regarding not leaving doors open (pets) and was always conscious regarding covid safety. No issues even after heavy downpours. So far so good. Would recommend and would use again if more work required.
