    Instead of repairing/replacing the flashing and roofing felt, I decided due to the reasonable quote given to up grade to a tiled roof and an amazing job performed was by A and P roofing, making even the 15 year old porch look modern and new. I would highly recommend.

    Good quick turnaround. Had another problem with some damp coming in and Patrick advised it could be the insulation in the roof space causing condensation. I got in the loft and as he said the insulation was wet. Knows his stuff and would recommend.

    All work was completed within expected timescale.Slight hiccup at start but sorted out satisfactorily.Workers polite and courteous . Everywhere was left clean and tidy after removal of scaffolding and rubbish skip.

    I had a new skylight put in and they replaced the tiles around and on the gable end too. I was not there while the work was going on but looking at it after I could see they fixed a couple of recurring leaks while they were up there. Patrick was very prompt, he came right over as I contacted him and he put the quote in writing and stuck to it. There was a small problem a little while after but they came around the next day to fix it and now it is all perfect so I am very happy.
