I have over 30 years experience in the trade. I was previously employed as a Building Manager for a Hertfordshire based company, now working in partnership with my wife. We started a company a year ago and are actively looking for more local leads, we offer help with finding solutions to any of your building and maintenance and gardening problems.

Qualifications

David brings a total of 30 years’ experience in the trade that allows him to not only meet but exceed his customers’ expectations. David strives to ensure that customers receive a professional, friendly & reliable service when using 1st Building Maintenance.
David completed his apprenticeship with City and Guilds Bricklaying way back in 1980. Giving him an all round general building experience. Followed by the next 30 years working for large building companys working on New builds, extensions with landscaping, American Embassy's refurishments in London and general maintenance. No job is too big or too small. We want to help solve your building, maintenance and landscaping problems for you. We are a trust worthy, hard working local company waiting to help you.
