Paul been very helpful in all aspects of the job highly recommend.

Paul did a 2 storey extension for us through covid. He was our cheapest quote but the standard of finish was not diminished. He offered solutions to improve our plans and recommended style improvements. Always jovial and approachable we got on well and he worked hard to complete the job in a difficult period and went out of his way to secure enough plaster to complete the job. We would highly recommend him and use him for any other smaller projects. Work completed, downstairs room, bedroom with ensuite and kitchen diner.

Paul quoted me for a small ground floor 8ft x 8ft extension and to place two velux windows in my kitchen area (I needed these as the new extension was blocking an old window up). Work on the small extension was slow - began early Nov 2017 and finished April 2018. I was originally told 6 weeks. The extension is OK but there are some small bits left unfinished and as I’m not a builder I don’t know how to sort these?! Roof end still not turned up a year later? Hole in wall left where the door was cut out and some pipe casing has collapsed. I encountered two MAJOR problems:- - Paul chose a bogus building inspector (yep, I’m not kidding). I paid the building inspector £400 as instructed by Paul. The bogus inspector’s name was Peter Lloyd and is well known as a fraud by Chorley BC. Paul claimed he didn’t know the inspector wasn’t approved and said it was my own fault for not checking!!!! So I have no building certificate for the work. - Paul didn’t check the suitability of my dining area roof (existing roof) until after the extension had been completed. I’m told at this point my roof isn’t suitable for Velux windows to be fitted. So he knocked approx £300 or so off the original price and off he ran (the “Velux” windows he was going to use were £99 off Amazon?!?!) He did offer to construct new roof for an additional cost, but this never happened. Electrical, plumbing and plastering contractors were fine. But I can’t recommend him for obvious reasons.

Paul has now completed a 3x6m single story kitchen extension to our property, and we're very pleased with the finished results. We found him friendly and courteous throughout the build, and kept us informed of progress at regular intervals. The project management was entirely conducted by him, and all other trades people were sourced and organised without us having to get involved. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the build, and even built and fitted the kitchen for us to a high standard. He was also very accommodating when minor plans changed during the build, and nothing was too much bother. "Anything's possible" he liked to say. We very much recommend him for any project in this area, and would certainly have him back for any future work at our house

We hired CPC property services (Paul) to build our 1st storey extension and downstairs bathroom including a utility room in the part of our garage. Paul was fantastic to work with and helped us every step of the way. Paul was very honest and offered suggestions on how we could improve our property that we hadn't even thought about which meant getting more than we hoped. This included building our son a large built in wardrobe into the staircase void saving valuable space. He and his team of skilled tradesmen did a great job for us. Paul even did additional work at short notice so our home could be complete. No matter how many times I changed my mind or had questions to ask Paul was always willing to answer or change the original plans. He even had to contend with our new puppy harassing him :-) Thanks to Paul we now have a beautiful 4 bedroom home that our family love. I would strongly recommended Paul and his team and would happily let anyone come to our home to view his outstanding workmanship. Thank for everything Paul!

We hired Paul after reading reviews on My Builder. He has completed the conversion of a garage into a bedroom and en suite bathroom, and also refurbished the utility room. We also asked him demolish an old conservatory and build a new extension at the rear of the property , and finally to fit a new kitchen. All the work has been completed to a most excellent standard. Paul is clearly multi- skilled and nothing was too much trouble. His workmanship is brilliant and he goes the extra mile to please. We are delighted , and have already recommended him to others.

It was with some trepidation that we decided to have a kitchen/dinning and sitting room extension built as we are getting on a bit. We had a budget in mind (knowing we would go over it,slighly) and I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist (I hope within reason). We wanted a builder/project manager that would give us a good job at a reasonable price. One that would have good tradesmen working for him who took pride in their work and provided a clean professional job, be it digging out foundations, bricklaying, plastering, plumbing and re-wiring. Paul was helpfull from the start, suggesting a few idea's that we had'nt thought of in planning the extension. We decided to go with Paul (who was also able to provide help with the extension plans). During the process of the building work he also came up with idea's on were we could save money without compromising on quality. Paul and all the tradesmen who worked on the building worked to a very high standard and can be highly recommended and above all trusted. We are now enjoying the wonderful kitchen/dinning and sitting area. We hope to employ Paul in the future to do other internal jobs.

Paul is really professional, and has a team of reliable tradesmen. The quality of work is excellent and he had some great ideas that I incorporated to the final design and am so glad I did. Highly highly recommended!

Excellent work, very knowledgable, helpful and goes the extra mile! Extremely pleased with end result. Would recommend and would have no hesitation using again for other works.

Paul was awesome! He responded to our messages quickly and got the guttering fixed back up in no time and was very inexpensive. I would definitely recommend CPC property services and will be calling Paul for future jobs in our house.
