Pros - workmen were efficient, generally on time, knowledgable and experienced and knew how to handle any problems that came up. They finished a little ahead of schedule which is good despite a slight delay at the start. Reasonable costs and very good discounts when buying materials with Eric from bathroom and tiles stores. Cons - would have liked more communication between Eric, the workmen and us so we know what is going on. Due to being in London, time keeping was affected because of traffic and should have called when running late. Overall, happy with work done, value for money and will use again.

Fantastic job done with fitting my solid oak floors. Work professionally done. Work men turned up on time and finished at estimated time. Very experienced trades men. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Eryk and the guys worked very hard and did a great job with fitting skirting boards, putting up lots of shelves, decorating a bedroom and fitting sliding wardrobe doors, it all looks great now it's done and they vacuumed the carpet afterwards.

Really friendly group of men, nothing was to much trouble, did everything that was asked and more, all mess cleared away daily. All the work was done to a high standard and we are really pleased with what they have done. Would definatley ask them to come back in future to do more work,

We initially decided to have a complete bathroom refurbishment then we changed our mind and decided to refurbish the whole house. We've paid him a £600 fee and he got us a great team of builders, tailers, plumber, electrician, carpenter! They've done an amazing job. The bathroom is very modern and I have to say that Eryk gave us most of the ideas on colour schemes. They put solid wooden floor in all the bedrooms and in the living room. As our house is quite old the original floor boards were not straight so Eryk and his team did a great job in levelling the floor in the WHOLE HOUSE first and then in putting very accurately the solid wooden floor. Last but not least the kitchen diner. They fit the whole kitchen perfectly, very precisely and satisfying all our requests. They moved the boiler and also knocked the wall down in order to have an open space with the dining room. This area is now very spacious and modern, with beautiful tiling and furniture perfectly fitted. Eryk and his team also fitted all the internal doors and the front door. For work reason most of the times we were unable to stay home to check their work but I have to say that there was no need...Eryk was always present and checked everything in detail every single day. We are extremely happy about Eryk’s job and we obviously highly recommend him! Super-positive feedback!!!!!

Victory Construction did excellent work for me. Eric is helpful and obliging and nothing is too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend him to everyone and I would use him again.
