I am delighted that I have hired Eryk to complete the refurbishment of a two bedroom flat. The flat was totally ruined by the previous tenants and it needed a full refurbishment . Eric offered us a reasonable quote, which was slightly higher than another firm. I chose Eric as I liked him and he demonstrated knowledge and understanding of how the job needs to be done. As we started the job, we discovered that the work would need to be extended and we would need to do complete re-wiring and new plumbing and heating. Eric was very helpful in providing a choice of workmen. He efficiently managed the whole project and I was particularly impressed with his ability to solve daily problems without having to ask me as I have a very busy job. Eric was always available online or by the phone whenever I had a question, and that was from 7 am to 12 pm! The quality of work done was superb and that was confirmed by the council as we had several inspection visits throughout the project. I would highly recommend Eric and his team for any future projects.

We employed Erik and his team to undertake a complete re-decoration and up-grade of our new 2 bed flat. His pricing was competitive and he was able to start the work on time. As with all jobs additional issues came up, rather than taking these as problems, he worked out solutions and gave ideas. These ideas where not to make extra money but to be good cost effective solutions. In addition, he has numerous contacts, covering windows, flooring, bathroom and kitchens and is able to use these. He takes responsibility to ensure a good deal is given by them and then he monitors their work as though it is his. He has a good team of skilled workers, including a great decorator and electrician. He is totally trustworthy, so even when we were away on holiday for 2 weeks, he took care of everything, even deliveries. He is prepared to directly deal with other suppliers; so eg he was in touch with our carpet people so that their work would be done correctly. He was always available and contactable on any issue, even after the job ended. His desire overall is to ensure the client is happy. The standard of his work is comparable to Italy. He is a very likeable guy and always ready to chat..;-)

Eryk and his team helped us to choose and fit a new kitchen, as well as various other ad hoc pieces of building work. Eryk is a real character, and it was a pleasure to work with him - he was genuinely concerned that we were happy with the end result, and went over and above what was required to ensure this. We are really happy with the work that has been done, and would recommend him to anyone wanting similar work carried out. He was always easy to get hold of, happy to answer any questions, and the work cost as quoted to us in the beginning. Thank you Eryk!

Eryk and his team are very hard working, got the job done on time and without going over my quote. Nothing was ever to much trouble and everything I wanted was done and I am very happy with the result. I would recommend Eryk and I will be using him in the future.

A good builder. I hired Eric and his team to do a full house refurbishment - 3 floors, 3 bathrooms, outside and inside. They installed a new kitchen, put in 3 new bathrooms, redecorated the whole house inside and out, and took out an internal wall in order to make an open plan living space. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone. Eric is a larger than life character and great fun to work with. His team have got all the skills they need to tackle the job, and they are a nice bunch I was very comfortable to have working in my house. The quality of the work was excellent, and if there was ever an issue with anything Eric was very quick to sort it out at his own expense. Eric's team also managed to finish the job on time (which I was actually amazed by - expecting it to take much longer!). Eric and his team have also been great coming round after the job was finished to touch up any cracks or fix anything that needs doing. Very satisfied. Would use them again. Happy to give reference. Love the work they have done.

I am always careful with my choices and I can absolutely confirm that Eric has done a marvellous job of renovating my entire apartment (kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms (x2h) All receipts for materials were provided for checking at ever stage (before paying) and never once did the labour cost increase ( despite unforeseen problems). The work was excellent and the rare snagging dealt with immediately. I highly recommend Victory and am more than happy to provide references by email, phone or in person at my property.

After getting several quotes for an extensive renovation we chose Eric as he got accurate pricing for all the work within a few days. Eric is a great character and very passionate about his work. His team completed a new boiler, full rewire, walls put up and removed, new kitchen, bathroom, floor sanded and stained, carpentry work, new windows and decoration. Everything was done to a high standard and any issues eric quickly resolved by a text message or phone call. The team are really hardworking and worked long hard hours in very hot weather (August). The main thing I was impressed with eric and the team was that once all the work was done any small things that need further attention Eric deals with promptly and never charges. Would highly recommend and would use again. Top bloke with some great stories!

Erik refurbished our house, we had to change the internal walls, ceiling, remove carpet and restore wooden floor, change bathroom, and repaint the house. The work was done as agreed and up to a good standard. As we have been warned the plasterwork will crack, but as promised he came back and fixed it for no extra charge. He also did got his carpenter to do built in wardrobes for 3 rooms which were really nice, and his electrician to rewire the whole house and we got a certificate at the end. Erik and all his men were nice and trustworthy, easy to deal with.

I must recommend Eric and his team in the strongest possible terms. In short, his team is relaible, trustworthy, hard working and professional. The standard of the finish achieved on our bathroom (refurbishment which was really a complete rebuild) was absolutely excellent. We would like to say a particular thank you to Andrew who regularly put in v long hours to get the job done and achieved great results. All of the guys are great to have around and are totally trustworthy. Eric also goes beyond the required standard in all aspects of customer service and is always contactable for questions, changes or issues. You will not regret hiring Eric and his team for your job. Eryk and his team were brilliant - we actually extended the scope of work we needed done and ended up doing our kitchen, bathroom, flooring, painting and all electrics. Eryk and his team helped us do it all! The work is to the highest standard and he takes the complexity of having to deal with different members in his team and different knows the different suppliers you need to get items. He is a real character and someone who is focused on looking after the customer abd delivering things to a high standard - and in the building world, thats a hard combo to find. I would highly recommend Eryk for any work you after and am looking to use him again for sure.
