Ash and his team did our garage conversion, work completed in 2020. The work looked good on completion, however, we later noticed rising damp in several parts of the annexe. We had a damp expert inspect the property, and his inspection revealed that the rising damp was due to the fact that the damp proof membrane had not been installed correctly. The inspection also uncovered multiple other issues with the work, for example, bathroom pipes were un-lagged. Somehow the many failures to comply to building standards were not picked up on by building control at the time. I approached Ash, asking him to put the work right, however, he was not prepared to do this, so I have now begun legal action, as we have been quoted 38K to put right the damage that this has caused. This has caused considerable distress to us as a family, including my 91 year old mother who has lost her home, as the annexe is now uninhabitable.

Ash and his team did a great job in spite of some difficult circumstances, and us deciding to change some of our requirements but they were happy to accommodate our changes. Overall, we were very pleased.

Ash did a great job and we very polite and tidy

My original job of utility and porch actually grew into a bigger job, with a garden room and a completely new garden and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Ash and his team were great, very friendly, trustworthy and respectful, nothing was too much trouble and at the end of the day things were left tidy. It was Ash that suggested we build a garden room and if we hadn’t done this we would have ended up with a rather useless corridor, instead we have a lovely building with doors that open up fully and over look our beautiful new garden. The garden was designed by Vicky Jilka and built by Ash’s team, Vicky listened to my wish list and designed a truly stunning garden. I have some more work that I would like done in the new year and will not hesitate in contacting Ash to do this. I can highly recommend Ash and his team.

Worked through to completion and fitted the job in quickly.

Ash and Ryan did an excellent job of fitting skirting, coving, loft architrave, and fixing doors as part of renovations to the upstairs of my house. The job was not straight-forward. A previous job by a cowboy plasterer had left a lot of mess and damage. Ash and Ryan made repairs as part of their work, and also brought a good plasterer and electricians on short notice to do additional tasks that arose. Ash's knowledge and excellent team was ideal to get the project back on track in quick time. Many thanks!

Ash did a great job laying our laminate flooring, and was very friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking to get their floors done.

The whole experience was good. Firstly Ash was very accommodating when I asked for it to be done ASAP and on a day that worked for me. Then the job was done to a very high standard, exactly to my specs and quickly. Finally he also did a couple of little jobs I asked for that weren't in the original quote. Overall very happy.
