Simon arrived to provide a quote on the night agreed and at exactly the time agreed. He was to the point and friendly. Having agreed his quote he arrived on the start day again on time. He worked with his colleague efficiently and as requested did a few minor extra jobs on the roof at no extra cost. I had confidence in him throughout and will use him again in the future as and when needed. Recommended.

Simon climbed onto the roof ,did a quick diagnostic check and identified the leaking problem which he fixed on the same first visit. I had a leak from the roof into my son's room, Simon was the only person who came to see it that didn't make a fuss about getting on the roof. They came the next evening and fixed the problem. We have since had lots of rain, and we are left with a dry room. We were very pleased with the work and the quickness it was done at. I would recommend the company to friends and family.
