We discovered a leak from the bathroom, dripping into the downstairs hallway and realised quickly it was a sealant and grout problem. Without a usable bath and a toddler in the house, we needed an urgent same day job completing. We placed this advert and within an hour Tomas responded, we agreed the price inclusive of materials and he arrived punctually with his assistant also Tomas at 2.20pm as agreed. Both worked very hard to complete the work on the same day. They removed the old grout and sealant, which was a tough job and replaced it with fresh new anti-mould grout and sealant. The bathroom was left clean and tidy and has received a new lease of life. Looks like new. Brilliant Job. Thank you to all of you who placed your comments to enable me to appoint Tomas. It is very hard to find a tradesman who completes an Urgent job at a reasonable price to everyone's satisfaction. Thank you Tomas I will definately use your services again.

Re-hired since last good job for me!

Tomas is organised and arranges a visit to discuss the job. He is polite, punctual and reliable. He was happy to fit the job in to suit me rather than himself, very good customer service. It is almost impossible to find reliable and reasonably priced workmen in Central London so he is very useful. I would use him again. Thanks Tomas.

Tomas called as soon as I provided my number and was quick to arrange a visit to discuss the job. He communicated well and always called and turned up when he said he would. He suggested ways to make my job cheaper and quicker to complete. The standard of work was good and I am very happy with the end result. I'd use Tomas again.

Tomas came to instal the worktop. He told me that he had to add another piece because the worktop was not long enough. The total lenght of the worktop was 2.60 m. The kitchen needed a 1.78 m .... He said that he needed to add another piece to reach the wall. I started asking question and he finally admitted that he cut it too short :( He offered to go back to the shop and buy new one - still lost 2 hours. He finally finish the work and I paid him. At the time he was loading all is material in his car, I found out that my kitchen wall was damaged, and seriously dented. I had to call him to come and have a look (thanks god he had not yet escaped!). Since the color is a mix, I will need a painter to come over and I kept £100 to cover fr the charges. The fact is that he knew about it, but he did not say anything, hoping he would get away with this. The last straw was when I tried the water - he asked me not too because the silicone had not dried. The truth was that there was no hot water. He changed the pipes under the sink, without asking me first if that was OK to do so! I am now left to pay for plumber to come over. Would seriously discouraged anyone to use Tomas. Very polite, very accomodating, but not professional.

Supplied me with various options and prices. Worked hard and did a good, tidy job. Would use again.
