Tom arrived when the appointment was arranged and carried out the required work. Supplied certificate promptly and very helpful.

Tom was given a fairly open end brief to fix the central heating system. He started with a powerwash and a new pump for which he charged, and was promptly paid, over £1,000 (it is a large house). This has made very little difference. He advised fitting new radiators. However he then started ignoring my calls and messages when I asked for pricing information. We have now been told by another tradesman that the powerflush was not done properly. I am not qualified to say whether that view is right. Tom's willingness to abandon a job half completed is beyond argument and something anyone else thinking of employing him should be very wary of.

Annual Gas Boiler Service/ Certificate Very Impressed with Tom, arrived on time, took time to explain the works he was doing. Left clean and tidy. Would use again and recommend.

TJG Services - Great service, affordable, no fuss, reliable, quality work. TJG supplied and fitted a new boiler for me. The quote was very competitive, their communication was perfect and the finished job was exactly as they promised. The boiler was fitted a few months ago and I have not experienced any issues since it was installed, everything works as it should. I can't fault TJG at all, complete customer satisfaction. I have asked TJG Services to check the gas boiler. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Thomas was on time, serviced the boiler and issued a gas certificate. In addition he repaired a faulty sink tap. I am a happy customer.

i found tom to be very professional and true to his word had a little hiccup to begin with and tom came back and rectified the problem. his pricing was cheaper than quotes i had from other plumbers, i would indeed use him again.

Boiler service completed as my request. Burner stripped down, gasket changed. Magnaclean and expansion tank checked and validated as working. I am very pleased with the work and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Tom.
