Tim was very professional and helpful. He completed the job quickly and to a high standard.

Tim proved himself to be a highly competent and skilled individual. He called and spoke to the boiler manufacturer to get a quick background on the job I wanted done before he had even attended. I had a few issues that needed to be looked at. Tim was always on time, extremely knowledgeable and honest in his approach. Tim went above and beyond in helping solve the problems my boiler had. I have no hesitation in recommending ALM property services.

The job requested by us was to replace a worn out shower cubicle and tray. Tim managed this even though it wasn't straight forward. The shower cubicle proved an unusual design but Tim overcame the problems to give us a new up to date shower cubicle. His communication skills were impressive, as was his punctuality. This was very much appreciated. We would certainly call on Tim again and would definitely recommend him to others.

We found Tim to be very professional and reliable. He encountered some unexpected issues when re-plumbing our kitchen, including a carbon monoxide leak from our boiler and as well as a potentially serious electrical issue! Due to being qualified as both a plumber and electrician he was able to deal with those issues straight away for us. He gave us great advice on the best approach to solving the plumbing issues we were having, was hard working and the cost seemed reasonable to us. I would not hesitate to recommend him highly. A very good find, I'm sure we will be contacting him again in the future.
