Paul agreed a price, date and time. I arranged a day off work and he didn't even bother to show up! I have tried contacting him by phone and text with no response. Ridiculous!Answer from tradesperson:
I was there as arranged,the previous Saturday AS arranged,with no one being in,the date matching with my diary,I wasted a day,i cannot be held responsible for a date mixup,and not being my fault.

So we rearranged and he failed to show up again! No phone call to say so so 2 days wasted. Extremely unhappy & disappointed.Answer from tradesperson:
Yes your quite correct,as explained there had been a bad ( fatal), crash on the M1,which resulted in my van breaking down,as i was sat in the traffic for hours.which was unfortunate for us both,I stated I hoped to reach within a few days,but informed you the van was to take longer,and I couldn't make the date as arranged, this is not deserved feedback,as you knew the circumstances involved.

I am very disappointed to have not even been given the courtesy of a phone call to explain why he has not come to do the job. Would definitely not recommend which is sad as all other previous feedback seems so positive.Answer from tradesperson:
I hold my hands up to this deserved negative feedback,I did change the date twice,and finally couldn't make it,due to work overload,customers adding extra work,but still no excuse, I can only opologise again Jane,regards Paul

I found Paul on the site and saw that he had a lot of positive feedback. All I can say is that he has done a fantastic job, he arrived on time ( 7.30 am!) and was on his own, worked really hard all day without a break, a real grafter. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to friends and family.
