I hired Steve to do ad hoc repairs prior to renting out the property. I am very happy with Steve's job - quick, professional and the price is reasonable. For example, his suggestions as to the products to buy for fitting the wardrobe back wall were much more efficient in terms of timing and cost compared to what other builders proposed. I am most impressed and I would not hesitate to recommend Steve to family, friends and other customers of mybuilder. (In fact I am continuing with Steve's service for maintaining my property and even my garden!)

Steve has done an amazing job fitting the floor. I found him easy to communicate with prior to arranging the appointment, he was very punctual and left my place clean and tidy after the has finished the job. He made an effort to come back with effort to come back to fit a different part that he thought would be more appropriate to ensure the job is finished to a high standard.

Steve contacted me as per our initial email and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs required. HIs quoted prices were very reasonable. And since the repairs were in a flat that has been let out, offered to deal with the tenant directly. Steve completed the job very quickly and efficiently. I would definately recommend him and use his services in the future.

Steve arrived on time. He has a friendly helpful personality .He worked quickly and well. He tidied up and the job was finished well. I have no hesitation recommending him as it was a absolute pleasure to do business with him.

Steve worked for us in January laying approximately 40 square metres of floor tiles 18" x 18" in our kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is downstairs next to the kitchen so we had concerns with the tiles running through in straight lines. Steve handled the project in a professional and knowledgeable manner taking the time to cut tiles around obstacles neatly and taking no shortcuts, the floor looks fantastic and was finished to a high standard, the job was finished in the timescale Steve had given. In July we had Steve back again to fit a new timber back door with frame, and hang a new timber front door to the existing frame, on both doors Steve had to put in all the locks and new hinges, the standard of which I was very impressed with as the hinges and locks have been chiseled out in a very neat way even getting commented on by visitors to our house. It took Steve 2 days to do both doors which is what he had told us. We would recommend Steve to anyone; he was always on time and provides a professional service, right down to sweeping up at the end of the job. He is friendly and polite and has an excellent knowledge of how to approach a job in the correct manner.

Steve fitted our main bathroom suite, knocked through our toilet and bathroom and boarded up the second door. He fitted our stand alone shower, bath, sink and toilet efficiently and plumbed them all in correctly. We have not had any problems since. He tiled the walls completely and laid slate tiles on the floor. He was always on time and cleared up at the end of the day. We are very happy with our bathroom and would recommend Steve to anyone. He was approachable and explained what he would get done and when. It all came within our budget.
