We started the design process with Shape House in November of 2023, got planning permission at the first attempt in January 2024. The project started at the end of January and completed the first week in June of 2024. The work to our home consisted of a large wrap around extension which included a knock through from the original house at the rear and side to create an open plan space which features a large kitchen/diner. games room, study, utility and small storage at the front with garage doors. Having worked with builders in the past I was very pleased with the workers and management team which was overseen by Zak. The quality of the work is exceptional but what pleased me the most was the consistency of the communication and how every week I was updated with progress and financial information. Shape House is a company that cares about their clients and the projects, this comes through with their passion for excellence. When I first contacted Shape House it was from a referral from my neighbour who had an excellent experience with them. I am happy to talk with any prospective client and give my feedback. Thank you all at Shape House for helping my family improve our home to such a high level of workmanship on a fair and reasonable price

We contracted with Shapehouse for the renovation of our newly bought house and the construction of a kitchen extension, and we are extremely pleased with the process and result. The overall process was very well-structured and efficient. There were regular meetings where we were informed about the progress and the weekly work schedule. Conor, our project manager, was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the project. He facilitated communication between us and the builders, and helped solve a lot of problems as quickly as possible, whenever they came up. Although we added some more tasks (e.g. replacing water pipes) as the project went on, the team adjusted the work schedule in an organised manner. The project was completed on time, and the house, especially the kitchen extension, looks amazing, exactly how we envisioned it to be. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend Shapehouse for house renovation and extension construction.

We are very pleased to share our experience of working with ShapeHouse over 2022-23. After a meticulous design process, we wanted to work with a firm that could successfully execute the complex remodel, extension and refurbishment of our 1930s detached house.  We appointed ShapeHouse following a competitive process and from a select number of builders. We were very pleased with the workmanship of the various teams that worked on our site. The teams were considerate, respectful and looked out for our family especially during periods when they worked around us. In summary, we wanted to thank the ShapeHouse team for helping us build our dream home. We look forward to enjoying it for years to come.
