Original installation was in October 2016, this review is being left May 2018. Shahzad was very professional from the start. He turned up on time and talked me through all my options and gave me a very competitive quote. With his advice and some research of my own i opted for a system boiler and unvented cylinder. The whole process was professional, it was a pleasure to have shahzad and his brother in law doing the work around my family. They were both very friendly and worked efficiently and kept the mess to a minimum. Part way through the installation i decided to have all the radiators in the house changed aswel, a 20 year old central heating system which never had any inhibitor added had taken its toll on the radiators. So this was the perfect time to change all of them. Once again the labour costs were very competitive. The whole setup since installation has worked flawlessly. In oct 2017 i arranged for shahzad to come back and service the boiler and my gas fire heater. He will be my go to guy for any gas or plumbing needs for many years to come. Cheers mate

Shahzad installed a new central heating system and boiler as well as new pipework to a bathroom, en-suite and utility room for a very reasonable price. He did an excellent job and is very efficient and reliable. He turns up when he says and, unlike most workmen I have used, he messages if he can't make it. I shall certainly use him for any other plumbing jobs I have. I would certainly recommend using Shahzad.

Shahzad is an very knowledgable guy and clearly explained my options. His price for the unvented Cylinder I needed replacing was fair as was the price for the whole job. On the agreed day for the installation he was punctual, professional and tidy. He took time to explain the operation and sorted out the guarantee. First class job. He will also be the first person I call with any future plumbing work. You will not get anybody better.

When I posted my job Thermotech Plumbing was the only tradesman who responded. I respect the fact that Shahzad was happy to take on a small job and not just looking for lucrative work. He presented himself in a smart knowledgeable manner explained what needed doing, provided a quotation and completed the work within a short space of time. I am very happy with the standard of his work, his professionalism and would not hesitate to use him for similar work in the future.
