Jacques did a great job. Was able to ascertain and fix the issue quickly, efficiently and professionally. Would highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again.

Excellent. Impressive skill - combination of plumbing and carpentry expertise was really handy. Had a custom bathroom cabinet/countertop - basically a half tree trunk - which was hardwood and very thick so needed some custom design to fit the waste trap and tap deep enough. Others plumbers shied away as it was too complex. I attempted it, badly, and slightly messed up. Jacques not only found a solution but ended up looking great. He sourced some needed materials at an excellent price and solved a tricky issue with toilet waste bend at an awkward angle with the toilet. Very availability to perform the job and very quickly completed (again, not sure quite how). in general price quotation was very reasonable for the work that needed performing.

Jacques did a great job on our small en suite tiling project. Always tidied up after finishing each day. Impressed with the quality of work, and would use him again for future tiling projects.

Jacques did a great job for us! He helped with the design and product choices, and his advice saved us a lot of money. A very nice and approachable guy, and made the process easy for us. The only qualm would be the job took a bit longer than expected. Overall we're delighted with the quality of the workmanship, and would highly recommend choosing Jacques.

Jack was fantastic. Competitively priced, available at short notice and spent the time to do a very high quality job! Also sorted out a number of other issues with the house whilst he was here, amazing :)

Jacques was incredibly helpful when he came over! Our floors has sunken and he managed to trace the problem and even gave us advice in what to do. He basically gave us everything we need, which we did not expect at all. Most important of all, he’s just very very very professional and identified the problem in a glance. 100% recommend!

I would definitely recommend Jacques. He replaced our shower and retiled and did other related jobs to a high standard and was friendly, efficient and helpful.

Happy with the result. He customs made the the water line connection to my fridge instead of cutting into the pipes. Great job and fair price. I do recommend him and use his services again.

Installed new cloakroom toilet including supply and waste pipe, needed digging up concrete floor to connect waste which was a tricky job. He also removed a partition wall and plastered two walls. Jacques had no problem completing the job quickly and efficiently. He got started within a few days and finished everything in a week - he worked hard and gave good advice.

Flexible schedule, great work.
