Jacques arrived at the property and on realising that neither the tenants nor the landlord could provide a resident's parking permit (impractical as the issue was a leak and permits take three days to arrange), immediately escalated into an angry tirade with both the tenant and me on the phone. The tenant actually suggested that he could drop his tools and use the metered parking 5 mins walk away but he wouldn't listen to reason, so walked away.

I was very pleased with Jacques. He replied quickly, offered a reasonable charge, and was very flexible about fitting in with my own rather limited availability. He could have done the job very quickly if I had wanted, but was happy to wait a week, at my request, until it was a more convenient time for me. When he came he was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and, as far as I can tell, efficient. He also spent a little time to answer a couple of other, unrelated, questions I had. My job was only a small one so I have no personal experience of his wider work, but based on his work for me and on his friendly and willing manner, I would have no hesitation at all in recommending him to other people.

Great communication throughout and very collaborative. Mosaic tiling was very good and we were most impressed with the work and obvious experience.

Used many plumbers in the past and myself and my husband have decided to keep only one in our phone book.... and that is Jacques. Arrived early and completed job in estimated time. Was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Extremely pleased with the quality of his work and we will not hesitate to contact him for our future projects. Thank you.

Really good - quick, pragmatic, efficient and cheap!

I have hired Jacques today to repair a leaking toilet cistern in my tenanted property and I am very pleased with his professionalism, flexibility and efficiency. After I've requested a quote and further information about the replacement, Jacques was able to book the job at very short notice to fit in with the availability of the tenants on the day, which meant that the bathroom was back in use without any delays. Over all, we've received and outstanding service and would not hesitate to recommend him.
