Seb came to our aid when an unexpected hidden leak happened & damage struck. This leak had left our bathroom falling apart & dangerous. He was always punctual & thorough. He was brilliant in keeping in contact through a stressful time. He worked well initiatively, staying true to what we had in mind, also striving to maintain a professional & courteous work ethic all through construction. We only had a small budget due to financial difficulties, but Seb came through for us, finding ways we could keep within our budget & still have a beautiful little bathroom in the end. He worked extremely hard, very dedicated & hardly took breaks to keep up momentum. Even on a small budget, Seb managed to construct a dream bathroom, which we’d say is fitting of a small showroom. Such a complete & transformation. A huge weight lifted, extremely happy with the results. Unlike many contractors Seb kept a clean station, leaving the house immaculate after finishing the job. He had the bathroom completed within a few days, yet nothing looked rushed. We cannot thank him enough for his craftsmanship & work etiquette & if any plumbing jobs need done within the house, we will definitely call him back! Highly recommended.

Seb turned up at my rental property as arranged which was great as my previous engineer had made two appointments to do the Gas Safety and not turned up or called on both occasions which meant the Gas Cert expired and also caused inconvenience to my tenants My tenants and I were pleased with the service and punctuality so all good. I have also asked Seb to quote for some wet wall on the ceiling and install a glass shower screen which he promptly quoted for and I intend to have this work done Delighted to have found a reliable and professional contractor

We found Seb on “my builder” after another plumber let us down at the last minute for a bathroom refurbishment. He came out and gave us a free quote and from the initial contact I was happy to trust him with the large job of our full bathroom refurbishment. His communication from start to finish has outstanding. He worked for 5 days solid and the outcome of the bathroom was everything we wanted and more. We are delighted with it. He left the place tidy every day. Kept us informed of what was going on each day. Very reliable, done everything he said he would do. Plus we asked him last minute to add more tiles and also add a boiler service in which he accommodated without complaint. I cannot recommend seb enough for your bathroom/plumbing/refurbishment needs. Outstanding job from a lovely hard working tradesman.

Arrived on time, polite and serviced boiler, he kept me informed of what would probably be required, at the next boiler service. Disconnected hob, told me what he was doing/done and patiently answered some daft questions I had about the hob. Good old fashioned Customer Service, a rare thing nowa days. Pricing quote was upfront and agreed before arrival, no hidden charges etc. Definitely recommend Seb and have offered him a larger project..
